Lisa Bonsanti

Lisa Bonsanti has been our Marketing & Communications Director since 2022. She keeps all our Small Group Core Leaders abreast each week with the updated session information. Lisa coordinates all the marketing initiatives such as keeping the website updated with fresh blogs and event happenings.

Her previous positions as Senior Sales Director in World Wide Events for Sponsorship Programs at Gartner, Inc., Stamford. After 10 years and three children later, Lisa worked in the building industry for a luxury home builder in New Canaan. Working in marketing and sales communications for an ever expanding business was a great application of her talents.

When Finishing Well approached her to become the Office Manager at their New Canaan Location, she jumped at the chance to get back into planning, organization and communications. Men’s Ministry is a division of Finishing Well and Lisa has been vital to getting the word out on a national basis.
